“Posten Painting was among five bidders that estimated the cost of the repainting of this large project (20,000 Sq Ft Corporate Office Building Exterior). Kevin Posten came out – dressed very professionally in his company logo’d painting attire. He spent time measuring and talking over the job with me. He seemed very knowledgeable about paints and painting. We decided on two coats of quality exterior paint. His bid was one of the lowest of five. After acceptance, his painters showed up on time and power washed and prepped the building. (The prep needed was rather minimal.) It took about 4-5 painters two full days to complete the work. They carefully masked off everything that needed masking. They carefully painted around letters of the tenant’s signage on the building. There was no “accidents” or “trouble” on the job. Kevin supervised it closely. There were no add-ons or surprises when it came to paying the bill. And practically every tenant in the building commented on how they liked the job! And was very happy with the job Posten Painting had done.”
