“The house was pressure washed and then a few days later after allowing the house to dry, a team showed up and caulked all the windows and doors, then masked all the windows and covered my deck and spa and all the shrubs. Then they sprayed on the stain and brushed it in. 3 coats in all, following that, they painted the trim 2 coats. They cleaned up the mess and left.The whole job came off without a hitch, a total of four days to do the painting, plus one day to pressure wash. The team of painters were very professional. I’d also like to say Kevin’s wife (Angelique) was a huge help, in helping me with the colors scheme and reassuring me about my decisions I made, now the house looks great.”

“I had the exterior of my 1904 house painted by Posten and am very happy with every aspect of the job.In the first place, Kevin and Angelique were willing to spend as much time as necessary explaining and discussing the painting process and the various options from which I could choose. I had a lot of questions and they were always patient and informative both before and after I signed a contract. They were also helpful in recommending contractors for other exterior work done prior to the painting. As for the crew that did the actual painting, I have only praise. They showed up as promised, kept the mess to a fair minimum and were always considerate of the fact that I was living in the house while they were working.The paint itself is great. Much time and care was spent in preparing the surface (the siding is mostly original and was recently stripped so required more than average caulking and priming). There is no stray color anywhere – all masking was done properly and I have a large Wisteria vine on one wall that was particularly problematic but was painted around masterfully. I was allowed a daily inspection and the team followed up on any critiques and concerns that I had to make sure that I was happy with the overall finish. Finally, the total cost was within $100 of the original bid. I would definitely use Posten again and would recommend them.”

“We were referred to Posten Painting by two different sources, and what a relief to find them for painting the exterior of our house. We had experienced a catastrophic experience from a different company and thus had fired them. Kevin and Angelique came to the rescue in a very professional and thorough manner. They checked the house thoroughly to see if damage had been done, explained everything very well and reassured us. Angelique helped me with color choices and gave me wonderful suggestions for combinations and trim colors that I would never have thought of on my own (at no additional charge). They were on time, and if a problem arose with timing (such as rain!), they always let us know. I read about Posten Painting and they had some very positive reviews so I went ahead and called them. It was the best call I’ve ever made. Angelique and Kevin were so professional and so helpful! “Posten Painting was among five bidders that estimated the cost of the repainting of this large project (20,000 Sq Ft Corporate Office Building Exterior). Kevin Posten came out – dressed very professionally in his company logo’d painting attire. He spent time measuring and talking over the job with me. He seemed very knowledgeable about paints and painting. We decided on two coats of quality exterior paint. His bid was one of the lowest of five. After acceptance, his painters showed up on time and power washed and prepped the building. (The prep needed was rather minimal.) It took about 4-5 painters two full days to complete the work. They carefully masked off everything that needed masking. They carefully painted around letters of the tenant’s signage on the building. There was no “accidents” or “trouble” on the job. Kevin supervised it closely. There were no add-ons or surprises when it came to paying the bill. And practically every tenant in the building commented on how they liked the job! And was very happy with the job Posten Painting had done.”
